Exciting News, Family Camp is back and happening from Friday 6 September to Sunday 8 September! For those that may not know our family camp is free and open to all our families that are members of 3^rd Croydon Scout Group.  Although we have squeezed in the camp from a Friday night to Sunday this is a great opportunity to get to know other families, leaders, committee members and other sections within the group. Also:

·       The Group provides a roast dinner on the Saturday night.  We try our very best to cater to all however if you prefer to cook your own meal, please feel free to do so.

·       There are no powered sites or cabins.  Campervans, caravans and trailers are welcome and of course tents.

·       Tents are available to borrow from the Group –
please see our Quartermaster Tom and he will be able to help

·       Although we do try and plan some fun experiences or games please remember that it is the parent/caregivers responsibility to look after and plan for your children/family.  

·       We will have access to bathrooms, a kitchen – cooking and cleaning area with pots and pans etc. and hot/cold water. 

·       Things you might want to bring are include: tent/caravan/campers/trailers, bedding/mattress, dilly bag (mug/cup/plate/cutlery/tea towel), food and drinks, games, toiletries, clothes, camp chair,  or anything else you may think you need for camping.
