Venturers
Venturers provide a supportive environment for you to develop your ideals when you’re dealing with your toughest years in school and making decisions about your future, Venturer Scouts offer vital breathing space. You can focus on friendship and personal growth, while picking up valuable life skills along the way. We take time out to work on mental and physical well-being. As a Venturer Scout, you can contribute to the Scouting movement through the Venturer Scout Youth Council. Your voice really counts.
Our Venturers enjoy state and international Gatherings. The two favorites are AG (Anything Goes) and VG (Venturer Gathering). These camps allow our venturers to enjoy a range of activities they wouldn’t normally get a chance to try elsewhere.

My most memorable experiences during my time in venturers are most likely VG and AG camps. Just hanging out and doing activities with my friends was really fun, and the good thing about those camps as there's a lot to do, from organised activities off site or activities on site where you can just turn up and give them a go. There's a lot of freedom to do what you want and it's a great experience.
